Made  from the three classic grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier unusually in equal parts. This English sparkling wine is refreshing, wonderfully elegant, with a fine finish. Complex flavours with a steady stream of fine bubbles.

An elegant youthful purity of fruit has been achieved which is supported by more mature characters due to the longer lees ageing. This sparkling wine has a wonderful long bone dry finish  too.
