How does the subscription work?
We offer flexible monthly subscription tiers:
- 3 bottles/month — save 5%
- 6 bottles/month — save 10%
- 12 bottles/month — save 15%
You choose the wines you want. No surprises, no random boxes — unless you request a mixed case. You can adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.
Can I just buy wine without subscribing?
Yes! You can browse and purchase any wines directly from our store without a subscription.
Where do you deliver?
Currently we deliver across the UK. Delivery to mainland addresses typically takes 1–3 working days. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Is there a delivery charge?
- Standard delivery is FREE for subscription orders.
- For one-off orders, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — you’re always in control. You can pause, skip a month, change wines, or cancel your subscription directly from your account.
What if a wine is out of stock?
If a wine you’ve selected becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and suggest a close alternative. You can always review or amend your order before it ships.
