The Wine Engine — Shipping & Delivery Policy


Shipping Destinations

The Wine Engine currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to locations outside of the UK at this time.


Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Delivery typically takes:

  • Standard delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.

During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances (e.g. extreme weather or courier delays), delivery may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays where possible.


Delivery Charges

  • Subscription orders: Standard delivery is FREE for all subscription customers.

  • One-off orders: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.


Delivery Partners

We work with reputable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your wine. All deliveries require a signature from someone aged 18 or over. Proof of age may be requested at the point of delivery.


Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive your delivery, our courier will leave a card or send a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or any items are missing, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.

Please include your order number and photographs of any damage when contacting us.
