Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy every bottle of wine you purchase from The Wine Engine. However, if there is a problem with your order, we're here to help.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If any bottles arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and if possible, a photo of the damage.


Unwanted Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items where the wine is not faulty or damaged.


Cancellations

For subscription orders:

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to the billing date.

  • Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

For one-off purchases:

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel and refund your payment.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
