This elegant English sparkling wine is a beautiful example of what the South Downs can produce. Made from estate-grown Chardonnay and select partner vineyards, Wiston Estate’s Blanc de Blancs is fermented in stainless steel and aged for 3-4 years on its lees, with a generous addition of reserve wine for extra depth. The result is a wine of crisp precision and finesse, boasting notes of citrus zest, green apple, white flowers and a touch of peach on the palate, with chalky minerality and a soft patisserie finish. Excellent with oysters, scallops or lobster - or simply enjoyed on its own.
