This Pink cuvée is an approximate 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The Pinot Meunier of Burge`s Field is particularly characterful, giving layers of fragrant fruit to this wine. Very pale pink in colour, aromas are subtle and lifted, recalling fresh strawberries and redcurrants, with an attractive biscuity note. Palate is clean, fresh and linear. This is a precise, vivacious sparkling wine with good mid-palate intensity and a crisp, vibrant finish.
