The vineyard is situated next door to Vilafonté, so you can be sure that the terroir is top quality, which really shines through in the wines.

Hand picked and then hand sorted, at both a bunch and berry level, before a couple of hours of skin contact to extract the perfect colour. After pressing, the juice is racked to neutral French oak barrels for fermentation and 12 months of maturation – each component is fermented and matured separately before blending.

A luminous, light pink, colour. Incredibly fragrant, showing off red cherries and florals on the nose. The palate is full of red and stone fruit, with a hint of salty minerality and a bright finish.
