A limited release Pinot Gris reminiscent of an Alsace Pinot Gris, richer than the Bacchus and fuller bodied it is very well balanced. Floral notes, ripe melon and a touch of citrus on the nose and flavours of Elderflower, apricot and peach on the palate. This wine has a slight spice and yet a refreshing finish.
