This Pinot Noir comes from certified organic farming vineyards. The grapes are harvested at night when the temperature is cool to preserve their quality. The production process is very similar to that of a ‘traditional’ wine, resulting in an alcohol-free wine with an aromatic profile, structure and tannins very similar to a red wine. On the nose, its notes of cherries and red fruits with a hint of vanilla are very pleasant. On the palate, it offers a well-structured yet juicy profile that is perfectly harmonious.
