The wine is made from hand-picked Glera grapes and produced by a third-generation wine making family. The wine is fermented for twice as long as normal styles of Prosecco which gives a very soft and elegant bubble profile. Yeast strains, cultivated by Della Vite, are used which gives a vibrant, fresh and easy drinking character to the wine. The wine is made in Valdobbiadene - one of the best areas for Prosecco production.
