Dornier intends to make their Sauvignon Blanc ‘an easily accessible wine with tropical fruit flavours’, and we would say that they have more than achieved that. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and at cold temperatures in order to retain a purity of fruit.

Expect aromas of pineapple, green melon and citrus. The palate is lively with a multitude of fruits and bright acidity. Four months of lees ageing adds some structure and complexity to the wine.
