An incredibly complex, full-bodied, Chenin Blanc with aromas spanning from citrus pith and orange peel to ginger and jasmine. Austere acidity keeps the wine fresh on the palate and keeps you wanting more. Absolutely delicious now, but should cellar and age comfortably for the next 8-10 years.
