A lovely sparkling rose from Cornwall made entirely from free run Juice and matured on lees for 18 months. Characteristic aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, brioche and fresh pastries. The palate is very well balanced with fresh notes of summer fruits combined with a pure and refreshing acidity. The mousse is creamy and the red fruit flavours linger on the palate.
