An incredibly focussed and pure Cabernet Franc that echoes the Loire. Deeply concentrated, with a focus on minerality and acidity rather than overt fruit flavours. Red and dark berries interwoven with green herbs, tea leaf and Rosé petal. Delicious now and made to age gracefully.
